Caroline Ouellette Hockey Camps are targeted at athletes that are between 6 and 18 years old. The players will be divided in groups based on age and caliber. Camp includes daily on-ice sessions, an off-ice training session as well as an in class session. Goalies will have specific drills with the goalie coach at the beginning of on-ice sessions.

On-ice

• Skating technique (balance, power, agility)
• Stick handling / Puck carries / Dekes
• Shooting technique & passing
• Small areas competitive games
  Off-Ice Training
• Training Focus : speed, agility, power, strength
  In Class Session
• Conferences on the journey to the Olympic Games, Cegep & College recruiting, sport psychology & nutrition
